📦 Processing Times
All items are handcrafted. Processing time begins after the order is placed and before shipping transit begins.

Smaller Custom Orders: 10-15 business days

Larger wedding package orders may require additional time. Estimated completion dates will be provided.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

🚚 Shipping Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.
Options offered:

Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

Priority/Expedited: 2–3 business days

Overnight: Upon request (email for quote)
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
⏳ Processing vs Shipping Time
Processing time refers to handcrafted creation time.
Shipping time refers to transit after your order is complete.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Once an order leaves our hands, carrier delays are unfortunately out of our control.
✨ Local Delivery & Pickup (Weddings Only)
Delivery is included for wedding packages within 10 miles of Botetourt County, VA.
This complimentary delivery applies only to complete wedding packages.
In-stock arrangements purchased individually and available in pre-determined color palettes will be shipped and charged normal carrier rates.
At this time, local in-person delivery or pickup is not available for individual items or orders not purchased as part of a wedding package.
If no one is available at the location during scheduled wedding delivery, a return trip may result in an additional fee.
🛡 Damage Policy
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for replacement, repair, or refund:

Provide clear photos of the damage AND packaging

Include your order number
Orders valued at $100+ include shipping insurance.
Note: Small imperfections, variations in bloom shape, or slight hue differences are natural characteristics of sola wood and are not considered damage.
🎨 Color & Variation Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly due to:

If exact matching is crucial, we recommend ordering a sample box before placing a full arrangement order.
📮 Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address.
Eternal Bloom, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Because all pieces are handmade and often customized:

After 24 hours, material and labor costs may be deducted from any refund, or the order may be ineligible for cancellation

At Eternal Bloom, every sola wood flower is handcrafted with care, so natural variations in petal shape, size, texture, and color tones are expected and part of their charm. Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings. Because arrangements are made according to the details you provide—such as color palette, style, and size—custom orders are not refundable due to personal preference if created according to the agreed design.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work with you on a suitable solution. We always review concerns in good faith and want you to feel happy and confident with your Eternal Bloom arrangements.
